I AM TOLD THIS IS THE BEST BEEF NOODLES IN TAIPEI

I have been told this beef noodle place is one of the best in Taipei.  Therefore on a a Sunday night I ventured out with my cabbie in hopes of confirming whether this was true.  To my disappointment, there were closed on a Sunday.

Don’t worry, this doesn’t end here (as you know by the picture).

On a later day, I met up with my friend Alice and told her I want to try Lin DongFan Beef noodle place.  And that, is exactly what we did.

…..Tried to build some suspense but failed miserably.

Anyways, YAH so Lin DongFan Beef Noodles!! okay i admit, it was pretty darn good! The beef was sooooooo good.  The only thing I thought could’ve improved was the broth, as I found it a little bland.  But then my friend told me it was just right.  We concluded that because the food in Hong Kong is so salty, it has inadvertently screwed my taste buds and my threshold for flavorful food has gone up 10 fold.

I will trust her in that the broth was good.

Would I come back again? hell yeah.  This is a tiny place though, so you will have to line up.  It wasn’t too bad for a wednesday night, we were able to get a seat within 15 minutes.
