I apologize for the long title of this blog post. The issue is 1) I cannot find the English name of the restaurant 2) Translating it will be weird 3) putting the mall Coco park should suffice.
Speaking of coco park, this seems to be where everything happens in Shenzhen. It’s one of the largest and most popular malls in the city, it’s really close to our hotels, and it’s full of restaurant and bars. So naturally, this was our prime destination for food options.
Plus, it looked clean and decent.
Was searching on dianping (open rice equivalent) and found this Vietnamese restaurant called ….. 美奈小馆-越南料理…..
Yes cannot find the english name. You can find more information on the dianping page:…
Which is also in Chinese. I don’t know how else I can help you non chinese speakers. It’s only level 2, unit 203?Beside the GAP? That’s all I have for you.
Anyways we chose this restaurant because it’s rated “5 stars”, which probably means it’s okay. Because everything in China appears to be fake, so the rating system is probably fake too. Probably somebody from the restaurant bribed the website and told them to put 5 stars. Don’t know, we did however had to line up for about 20 minutes on a weekday, at 630PM.
So yeah, I guess it raised my expectations a bit. We ordered the wrap because it was suppose to be “must order”. Neh, not really a must order.
I also ordered the beef noodles because it was suppose to be a “must order”. okay, it was not bad. Still not up to par to Toronto PHO. But I don’t mind eating again.
My final conclusion? I didn’t end up in the hospital after this meal so I will come back again.
