OMG this was meat platter / board was so fucking good.
SO GOOD. One of the best boards I ever had. I mean, its SO FRESH. Which is of course expected given we were eating at a farm. Were we actually? I don’t know. The place is called Poachers Pantry – Wily Trout Vineyard.
Ah, it’s a vineyard. Well, whatever. This shit was fresh.
I also don’t usually eat a lot of bread.
But when I do.
It’s with fresh meat.
Getting here was very easy. Just needed GPS to guide me =).
Also, just look for this beautiful entrance (see above).
Since this was a vineyard, of course you have to get some wine. We tasted about 4 glasses of wine before finally deciding on white wine.
My main course. Le Chicken Breast. It was alright. Doesn’t compare to the meat board that I talked about earlier.
Definitely not worth the 20AUD in my opinion.
But it’s all good.
Le GF’s main. Trout I believe. or salmon. I am not sure. You can ask her.

Yeah this was a nice place. Definitely unique. I don’t usually eat at Vineyards (because I ain’t fancy). But this place was definitely memorable.
Lovely garden outside of the restaurant. Went for a stroll after this delicious lunch.
Was getting fat.
I must confess. Technically this vineyard is in NSW and not in ACT (Australia Capital Territory), but I am not going to create another city when 1)I don’t know what the name of the city is 2) I don’t think I will come back here for vacation.
But, very good lunch.
