OLD BEER HALL – AUGUSTINER KELLER

I really hope I got this restaurant correct…

I googled Augustiner but it’s not right…that’s the brand of a beer lol. I am trying to look for the restaurant….anyways it seems like the restaurant is called Augustiner Keller.

I came here because well my stupid ass room was not ready. And I was starving after a 20 hour flight (HKG to London to Munich). Asked front desk for recommendations and they told me to go to Augustiner which was 10 minutes away from the hotel.

Not too bad!

I ordered pork knuckle? Why? Uh…because we are in Munich? What else would I be ordering smart ass?

Oh well I guess I could have gotten sausages. Whatever.

This pork knuckle was damn good. These are must order food when you are in Germany. Okay, so I was craving for a burger but fuck that.

Pork knuckle me up.

Sauerkrauts. I loveeee sauerkrauts. I used to put these on my hotdogs…or at least I thought I did.

Can eat a whole bowl of this stuff.

Super good.

Interior was interesting. There’s a massive beer hall inside, but I opted to see near the entrance.

Was just more cozy.

Maybe I will try the beer hall next time.

And finally…..Augustiner beer!

Pretty light actually…I like my beer with a bit more flavor. but hey! Can not complain! First beer off the plane, always delicious.
