Lucky to be alive

I am not religious. But I do feel I am lucky to be alive. Everyday you hear sad stories such as kidnapping, bombs, war etc.

There was a knife attack in the taipei metro system. I was just there three weeks before it happend.

The missing malaysian flight? That couldve been my flight a month earlier / later.

My point is, you never know what happens in the future. You wont even know what will happen the next minute. Despite the advance in technology, we are still so vulnerable.

I believe in fate, and this will sound horrible, but there are things you will not be able to avoid in life.

We cant control these things. So good or bad, just live through it.
