Okay, so maybe I am like…8 years too late. I only started / finished the Harry Potter series (the novels of course). My next step is to watch the entire movie set in it’s entirety. But that will come later. Did I like the books? Hell yeah! Yes I know, it’s more of a children’s book but as you read further it does get darker.
It’s also a pretty easy read so I give it some bonus points there. You know when it’s a good read? When it’s 1 AM and you still want to keep going.
I am not going to give you a plot summary because you should know it by now.

Fine. It’s about wizards, magic, wands, dragons etc. Now go read it. haha.
I was really hooked by the third book, wanting to know what happens next. And because of that I give this series 5/5 stars!! Super awesome. Recommend everything who still haven’t read the series (come on seriously?) to take a chance.
Side note – I was cheering for Cho / Harry…………………..

I stopped reading after the 3rd novel because it got too big to carry around for the subway reads.

I have been reading those books over and over since I was 12. Im 25 now. It is still an awesome read, mostly because of nostalgia (for me). Sweet merlin’s beard, I even dream about reading it to my futur offsprings. Welcome to the world of wizards, muggle. 🙂

Personally, if I haven’t read a book before the movie already, I always go movie first, then book. The movie is always such a disappointment after the book! Great series, though.
