Long Wharf Pier
I love Boston. Let’s start off with that. Love the Red Sox. Anyways, friends and I visited Boston years ago. And I’ve always wanted to go back every since. It’s a college town, but it’s also a nice small quiet town. The above picture is the Long Wharf Pier, which was the busiest port in Boston. Or so Wikipedia said. Here we took a boat ride to see whales, details on that adventure in another post.
Like I said, this port used to be the busiest shopping port in Massachusetts, it now houses many tour / site seeing boats for tourism and of course, passenger ferries.
Transit in Boston is really convenient, and that’s what we took to get here. I don’t recall what the subway station stop was called, but because the Long Wharf is famous it shouldn’t be too hard to find someone to help you out!
