I never had lebanese charcoal chicken before. I must now have more Lebanese Charcoal Chicken! El Jannah (http://eljannah.com.au/) was recommended to us, so one day after work we decided to head over to the punchbowl location (such a weird name, punchbowl).

Punched in the following address into the GPS:
Punchbowl
701 Punchbowl Road
Punchbowl NSW 2196
Took us a good 45 minutes to get there from Thornleigh. Probably could’ve made it in 30 if it wasn’t for traffic.

Maybe because we were hungry, but the chicken was really good! Although towards the end it felt a little bit dry…so I don’t know…
BUT the garlic sauce is to die for. Omg, we ordered fries and I just drenched it in the garlic sauce. So good.
I think the garlic sauce made the dinner, which kind of makes the restaurant look bad since it’s suppose to be famous for it’s lebanese chicken. I don’t know.
They were definitely cooking a lot of chickens:

The interior is nothing to die for. It’s practical in that there are tables and chairs for you to divulge your chicken haha…I’ll probably come back sometime…
