Possibly my most favorite steak house in Sydney. The Cut Bar and Grill is simply delicious. Their signature dish is the Wagyu Rib which is slowly cooked for over four hours. Yes, this was what I ordered.
I mean, what else would I be ordering at a steakhouse right? Salad? Get the fuck out of here.
Before I go any further, this place is expensive. For the Wagyu Rib, I ordered the standard cut which also means it was the cheapest cut. It costed 49 AUD. If you move up the level of cuts you start to go up the price chain as well.
As I have no money I got the cheapest cut.
But just a friendly reminder for all you ballers out there.
BUT..unlike most expensive steak houses this one is worth every dollar. The Wagyu rib was juicy and tender, one of the best steaks I have had. I have probably repeated myself several time already. You get the point.
There were times when I would pay 50+USD for a steak, and I am just thinking to myself what the hell was I eating? This piece of garbage I can make at home my eyes blind folded in the washroom.
Alright that’s a bit exaggerating.
We also ordered 3 sides, one of them being the corn. The corn was sooo goooood…bit buttery but very tasty. This is a must order for me next time. Note to self, order this next time. Repeated myself again.
