There are probably a thousand and one places in Sydney that sell pho. Pho Tau Bay is one of the most hyped places in Sydney for Pho and it was totally worth the hype.
I am not really sure what is in the Pho but like this ish was good as hell. The soup was full of flavour but so light and drinkable, it wasn’t overpowering or overcome by MSG. Even the meat was like more tender, more fresh.
It was perfect, and this is coming from someone who thought they had already discovered their favourite pho place years back.
I highly rate this place and would recommend. Lunchtimes are busy, but like all pho places turnover is quick. If you’re coming on a weekend be prepared to look hard for a parking spot.
