Hey Hoi An – do you not have any good food?
Like seriously we just have not been impressed with your restaurants.
We go online, we ask people, and to this day we still haven’t found good food there.
As such, this post is going to be short as hell because I have nothing to rave about!
Seriously, there is no good food here!
For example this one night we were struggling to find a good restaurant. Online reviews have been failing us, so we decided to just wing it.
Our criteria for choosing the restaurant? Just choose a restaurant that looks cute because if the food is shit, we can at least enjoy the atmosphere.
And that’s how we ended up at this restaurant called “Hai Cafe“.
Cool interior for sure (ate in a garden0 but man this was another shitty dinner experience for us.
Are we just getting spoiled?
Is that why I keep complaining about food?
Maybe..I am an asshole after all.
But it’s not like I have a palette of a Michelin Star Chef. I literally will eat anything, and as long as there is some flavors I am usually okay with the food.
Unfortunately, my BBQ Chicken did not have any flavors.
Why?
Because there was no marination done for the chicken.
How can you offer BBQ and not marinate the damn meat?!
Super fail you are.
Even my camera thinks the food is shit.
Hence the shitty photo quality.
I forgot what life boss ordered but it looked like shit, and probably tasted like shit. She didn’t like it.
Has anyone gone to Hoi An before?
If so, ARE THERE ANY GOOD FOOD / RESTAURANTS IN HOI AN?
PLEASE LET ME KNOW. I AM DESPERATE.

EAT SOME CHOI 
There were some nice restaurants along the road between Hoi An town and Cua Dai Beach – its a nice walk along the canals that irrigate the rice fields.
But can’t remember the names of the eateries though. One of it was Son Hoi An. Those were nicer than the ones in Hoi An town itself.
You MUST check out the village along this road at sunrise and sunset – Cam Thanh. Have fun!
