Gusto 101. One of my favorite restaurants in Toronto.
Good food, good atmosphere, good service. The three main criteria’s for an awesome restaurant. The restaurant does not take reservations though so you better come early or your going to be standing around waiting for a long time! We came at 530 on a Saturday, by 6ish the place was already getting filled up. So yes come early.
We started the dinner with Burrata and a pizza to share. The pizza we got was Diavola and DAMN was it delicious. The dough was so damn soft and chewy, love it. The sauce, the meat, the toppings, everything went together so well. The buratta was aight, it was all about the pizza. We then all got the best pasta they have to offer, the oyster mushroom pasta. Shit, that was ssooooo good. The truffle man…shit. Doesn’t get better than that. We were still hungry for some reason, and decided to eat one more pizza. LoL. I was so stuffed. I LOVE THIS RESTAURANT.
Oh, and they got 1 dollar wines =).
