Our best meal was in Rome.
It was also our last meal in Italy. So we were lucky because we got to eat this delicious meal before heading back home.
We were unlucky because why the hell didn’t we eat this earlier? Then we could come back again!
Because I know this was our last meal, I loaded up on the orders. We got this appetizer which I forgot the name already (go ask life boss), we both ordered the cabonara pasta (unplanned, just happened we both wanted the same type of pasta), and to end it off we got a tuna steak as a main to share. Yes. A lot of food. We also got dessert to end things off.
So why was this the best meal? The pasta was pipping hot and damn was it ever al dente. The tuna steak was also unique (never had it like this before), though the champion was definitely the pasta. Also – this was damn affordable! I guess I was comparing this to Positano which was super expensive. But yeah, affordable and good food, my kind of meal!
Oh, before I forget…the restaurant’s name is Sciue Sciue.
