More like forced to take the day off. The firm needs to save money and thus have mandated all employees to take an extra day off for the long weekend. Some people don’t like being forced to take time off.

Been feeling burnt out lately, staring at the damn monitor the moment I wake up. Mentally exhausting. So yes, I am so glad the long weekend is here though I still need to work.
Yes and working I am. In the car. While waiting for Life boss. Life boss is seeing a doctor. this damn COVID shit, I can’t even go in with her. Have to wait in the car.
At least the province is opening up again…slowly but surely….yes.
