If you ever come to Sydney, I will bet that you will at some point visit the opera house. Why? Because it’s the most famous place in Sydney? Not even joking. But aside from snapping a photo of the Opera house, you should also visit the Opera Bar which is literally right there.
Go during the evening, is what I recommend. As you can see from the picture above, you get an awesome view of harbor bridge. Order a couple of drinks, and you are set. Do come around 6PM to get a good seat, as this place does get really packed.
Especially if it’s a really nice day, like the day that we went. The food was also pretty good (though expensive), so you don’t have to worry if you have the munchies from drinking.
There is a lot of tables, but if you want a good view then take the ones right by the waters. You will not regret this experience. We stayed here for a good couple of hours, wine and food. Simply can not beat the backdrop and the weather of Sydney.
