I was in Sydney at the end of February / March time frame, and unfortunately for most of the world the weather was just absolutely superb. I mean, while people back home in Canada / US / Hong Kong are dying from the cold, in Sydney I am dying from the heat and the sun.
Can not complain. hehe.
I have been in Sydney for a few times now, so I have done most of the tourist attractions. One place I did not go to however, was the Botanic Gardens. Which was surprising to me because it’s right beside the Opera House. So why did I not just travel a bit more to get to the Gardens? Mystery that will never be solved.
To correct this mistake, I decided on a nice Saturday afternoon to walk to the Botanic Gardens. To relax, to wind down, to think, to listen to music etc. And yes, it was sooooo nice. The website of the Gardens is https://www.rbgsyd.nsw.gov.au/
You can find the location and methods of transportation to get there. Admission is free so I don’t see any reason why you should not drop by the gardens, especially because you are most likely going to see the Opera House, you might as well swing by the Gardens and get some fresh air.
