THESE RIBS WERE NOT ON FIRE

Shitty ass ribs and food at wildfire in Knutsford terrace, Hong Kong.

Is the sentence too harsh? fuck no. The food was shit. The sentence perfectly describes.

OKAY, so the restaurant is in a really good location. Like I mentioned it’s located right at Knutsford terrace. And it’s why I chose this place for a gathering.

I ordered the ribs.

The ribs was shit.

It could be because I just came from Sydney where I devoured delicious ribs from Hurricanes.

But these ribs were really shit.

It was dry.

There was no flavor.

It was tough.

I hated my fucking meal.

The best part of the meal was my beer, because it was IPA. Thank god for my beer.

But really, come to this place for drinks. Don’t come for the food.

The location is great. They have IPAs.

Didn’t bother linking to their website because well, I think your palettes deserve better.
