GOOD PHO IN MARKHAM!

Ever since we moved to Markham..we have been craving for good PHO.

And have been failing. There was this shitty one near our place, but man unless I was super desperate I would not go there. Friends (who are also big fans of Viet Food) recommended we try Pho Quinn. Sure why the fuck not, it’s not like we have a choice.

When York region opened we immediately went to Pho Quinn to try their Pho (duh). First impressions? The servers were super nice! Maybe because we had baby boss but they gave us a table immediately. Super nice people, chatted a bit with them. One of them had like 5 grand children. That’s pretty crazy.

On to the main point of this point. I ordered the raw beef noodles (because duh what else would you get).

SUPER GOOD.

Broth was on point, hot and savory. Added some hot sauce and BAM heaven in my mouth. Haven’t had this sensation for a long time. I was also very impressed with the quality of the beef. Not too fat, not too skinny. Just right. Just right. Overall, very good PHO meal. Or maybe because we haven’t had PHO in a long time. But i don’t think that’s the case. Think this place is pretty legitimate! We will be back!
