GREAT MIDDLE EASTERN RESTAURANT IN MONTREAL

Wow, KazaMaza – what a great middle eastern restaurant!

After having a lonely dinner at the hotel bar on the first night, my staff decided to wine and dine me on the second night. I was a bit skeptical when she told me we would be sharing food. Like fuck, Choi doesn’t like to share food. But she made it sound like this was the best restaurant in Montreal, so I came in with  an open mind.

We sat down, and ordered this drink called Arak. An anise drink with 50% alcohol percentage to it. Yes, 50%. I thought my staff was trying to punk me but the waiter showed me the bottle. Fuck 50%? That’s like drinking vodka. My staff downed it like a boss. I ordered wine after because I couldn’t take it. What a sissy.

For food we ordered a bunch of authentic middle eastern food, like hummus and sausages? I am assuming this is authentic. My staff used to live in Dubai after all, so I have to trust her taste. It was really delicious given the fact I demolished the pita. Love Pita / Naan. My worse carb enemy. Hummus was also super delicious, think I am getting into hummus more and more now. Love this restaurant, definitely one of the best in Montreal!
