TRIED OUT YIN JI CHANG FEN (RICE NOODLE ROLLS)..IT WAS MEH

It was a rainy morning and life boss wanted “cheung fan”.

Or is it called Chang Fen? Cheung Fun? I don’t know, I only know the chinese word for it (腸粉).  Our friend recommended this HK Cafe style restaurant called Yin Ji Chang Fen. I just googled this shit apparently it’s a franchise. How interesting.

The fact you have Cheung Fan in your name implies your cheung fan must be fucking super good. Unfortunately it was not. To be fair, the quality must have been diluted since we did take out, but yeah the cheung fans were soggy as fuck with not much taste. We were not that impressed. We also got the sticky rice chicken because I haven’t had one in a long, long time. This was one was also okay, nothing to brag about. Now the winner of this meal was definitely the congee. Super delicious, the fried dough bun that comes with it was really chewy, went really well with the congee. So yeah, next time I go to this place (big IF) I will only get the congee.

That is all for this post.
