THE EYE OF THE TIGER – I MEAN LONDON

The London Eye! A popular tourist attraction, it is a giant ferris wheel that is located along the River Thames in London. It is the tallest Ferris wheel in all of Europe, and offers the tallest view point of London. It is also very slow. It did cross my mind to go on the London Eye, but the speed of the Ferris wheel made me think twice (although my co workers told me they went on anyways, with a bottle of Champagne ready). Since I was there alone, I didn’t really want to be stuck in the Ferris Wheel car for one hour. I am not even sure if there are seats in the individual carts.

Was not really overwhelmed with the London Eye, because well…it is only a Ferris Wheel afterall. However, in conjunction with London in the breakdown it does offer some great photography opportunities. Especially when the sun is setting.
