Love PHO, love Bon Bo Hue. Bon Bo Hue is another type of noodle dish that was made popular in Vietnam. It is super good and delicious, you all must try it!
The first time I had Bon Bo Hue was in Sydney (Yes I know) and I fell in love with the dish ever since. So when we went to Vietnam for vacation this awesome dish was of course on our to eat list.
We got some recommendations from a local, and we followed it. One of the Bon Bo Hue restaurants that was recommended is called Bon Bo Hue Xuan, and it’s really really local. You eat on the streets, sitting on very low chairs. It’s not exactly the cleanest place either because the floor is full of scraps and food.
But that’s the local experience right.
The noodle was sooooo good….just writing about it makes me crave it. Too bad Hong Kong doesn’t have it, or is there a place? Please tell me if there is haha.
