THAT SEXY DUBAI SUN

Dubai has a sexy sunset…

Truth be told I am more of a sunset guy than a sunrise guy. Don’t ask me why, just my emotional preference to see the light get drowned out by the darkness that is called night.

Wow. Did I actually write that?

So emotional. Haha.

We decided to go on the yellow boat tour to see parts of the Palm Development Area in Dubai – you know the islands that looks like a Palm Tree from above?

The tours go from 30 to 75 to 90 minutes, and so we chose the 75 minute tour. No particular reason why we chose. When I say “we chose” I really meant the girls chose, so no questions ask of course.

Glad we did the 75 minute tour because we were able to see this sexy sunset – yes I am going to repeat myself over and over again in this post.

The boats were going super fast too, felt like my hair was going to get blown off. And I don’t have much left so that would have been disastrous.

One of the stops includes the Atlantis Hotel, which costs 120K USD a night for the presidential suite. Get the hell out of here!

120K? That’s like 10 years of my salary…shit shit shit.

Tell you if I ever stay in there then you know I have made it and I promise that I will buy a beer for all my followers of my blog.

Was it worth it?

Duh look at the pictures. Of course it’s worth it.

Why?

Because you get to see the sexy sunset.

The tour starts off in the marina.

Which makes a lot of sense since the boat is parked here. You can’t go to sea without a boat. Well I guess you could. You would need to swim and would need to sign up for a 2 year tour around the palm tree area.

I would have died, I don’t swim well.

Here’s a funny side story (at least to me). We were coming from Sharjah to the Marina and the cabbie didn’t know how to get there. So he decided to stop the car in the freeway and hire us a new cab. LoL. Good guy cabbie.

I was confused at that point, I thought this shit was popular…
