Per this website, it states the Night Bazaar is one of the best markets in Chiang Mai.
After visiting the bazaar I only have one reaction / comment:
Get the fuck out of here?
This shit?
This shit is one of the best markets in Chiang Mai?
This place is empty as FUCK!
Granted, I did come on a Wednesday night, and it was about 9PM already but…come on! There was nobody here, and it was probably due to the lack of shops / food stalls / anything remotely interesting here.
You can’t blame people for not wanting to come. Why the fuck would they come to see NOTHING?
The night bazaar was such a disappointment.
Way too overrated.
Sorry maybe again it’s problem. But I don’t see what the big deal is with this place:
After getting a big fuck you from the Bazaar,
I was getting very sad and emotional.
Will my Chiang Mai experience be forever ruined by this shitty market?
Will I forever be scarred from traveling?
Can I never trust the internet again?
So many thoughts running through my mind at the moment.
And then finally, something GOOD came out of the market.
Oh what was it Choi, tell me more.
Alright, I’ll tell you what saved this night from total disaster.
This fucking bad ass fish right here:
Are you wondering what is this?
It’s grilled, salted fish.
Not a big fan of fish, but man this shit was damn fresh and delicious.
Because the fish is covered in salt, it doesn’t get burned to a crisp when on the grill. All the flavor, juice is captured IN the fish.
Motherfuckers this was so good.
God I wish I took a picture of the food stall, will try to go back later and get it.
The night market was a disaster.
But that fish was damn good.
