WOW. This was a great Italian seafood dinner!
I am not the biggest seafood fan, but man, does Positano ever change your mind about that shit. Second night in and I already had my second seafood meal. Kudos to life boss for booking such a kick ass restaurant, though I do wonder why she only books seafood restaurants. I mean, she does love seafood. Some bias shit going on here Regardless, she made a booking at Da Vincenzo. So glad she did because this restaurant was simply KICK ASS.
We ordered the burrata with tomatoes and onions. KICK ASS.
We ordered the light roast octous. KICK ASS.
For mains I ordered the seafood pasta drowned in “fish broth”. KICK ASS.
Life boss ordered some other seafood pasta, which I can’t remember at the moment. It was KICK ASS.
If you are wondering why I am only saying Kick ASS for the dishes it is because I am drunk from the two bottles of red wine that we devoured tonight. Yes two bottles, between two people. Shit. I am getting too old for this. Still. This was an absolutely kick ass meal. okay enough of the kick assess. We ended the meal with tiramisu but by this time I was too drunk to assess whether the dessert was good or not. One of the best Italian restaurants so far!
