BRUNY ISLAND

Bruny Island is an island off Tasmania (which is also an island) and is great for a day trip. To get to Bruny Island, we drove 30 minutes from Hobart centre to Kettering. From there, we caught a car ferry to the island.

The island has beautiful and diverse scenery – hills, rainforests as well as quiet beaches with white fine sand and azure waters. Too bad it was too cold to swim!

Will let the photos speak for themselves…

Some friendly locals came to say hello.

The island also has locally produced food and wine – more on that here !
