CHOI’S TIP IF YOU ARE GOING TO BALMORA BEACH

Boathouse located in Balmora Beach! Easy to find, hard to park.  We spent about 15 – 20 minutes trying to find a parking spot.  Seriously, I feel like Sydney does not have enough parking spots.  Get more parking spots please.

Boathouse was recommended to us, so we decided to give it a try.  Here’s a tip, come early.  Here’s why:

1 – it takes forever to find a seat (the place is not that big)

2 – the food takes forever to come.

We got our food around 2PM, which means I was hungry and grumpy.

I didn’t order anything fancy, just some good ol fish and chips.  I don’t know whether these were the best fish and chips that I have eaten, but I was damn hungry so at that moment anything would have tasted good.  I need to come back next (like at 11AM) and really try it out.

The best seller of this place is definitely the atmosphere.  You get a great view of Balmoral Beach, and on a sunny afternoon it’s just an awesome place to kill time.  For those that want more information about this place you can check out their website:
