BEST SOY CRAB IN SEOUL: PRO SOY CRAB

Alright listen, I am not the biggest fan of seafood let alone crabs. But this place that sold soy crab was being hyped a lot by my friends, so fine. I said okay. I usually do not order seafood because it doesn’t fill me up (unless I order like 10 dishes).

Boy, was I lucky that I came.

This was one of the freshest crabs I have ever had, in my entire life. Now mind you, you will be eating it raw but really you should not be worried. You can literally taste the freshness of the crab. It’s why I was not scared of getting sick, because it was soooo goooodd and delicious.

There are a couple of options here, you can get the small female crabs (x 3), or two big female crabs. Apparently the female crabs are the best ones? I don’t know. We ordered the big female crabs. Man so good….

There was a lot of meat considering you were just eating the legs of the crash. The best part though, is when you eat the shell. All the crab eggs (the orange stuff are there), and what you need to do is to put some rise onto the shell and just mix it around. my god, this was soooo good. One of the best rice dishes I have ever had. If i come back to Seoul, I definitely need to eat this.

We also ordered a fish dish but it’s not worth talking about lol.
